Module 1: WHY
Understand why you are actually suffering from anxiety. It comes down to 2 main fears: “I’m not enough or I’m not safe.” Once we uncover your WHY, then we can retrace the original trauma and heal your wound.
Module 2: PATTERNS
Understand what thought & behaviour patterns are keeping you stuck in Anxiety-ville. Learn the positive patterns that will serve you and help heal your anxiety.
Module 3: STORYTELLING
Understand the stories you tell yourself and believe that promote anxious feelings and fear. Learn how you can catch yourself in a fearful story, choose a loving story to believe and live out. The stories we tell ourselves are powerful. (PS - this is a student favourite module)
Module 4: ATTACHMENTS
Understand the attachments you have to external things like other people’s options of you or money and how they are promoting a feeling of fear. Learn how to energetically unhook from those attachments and free yourself.
Module 5: JUDGEMENT DETOX
Understand how judging your anxiety is part of the negative anxiety pattern that only promotes more anxiety. Your EGO loves to keep you in this loop to make sure you’re anxious. Learn how to break free of your EGO’s ways, manage your EGO in a loving way and see your anxiety as a friend, not an enemy!
Module 6: FORGIVENESS
Understand how blaming and shaming your anxiety doesn’t serve you and actually holds you back from freeing yourself from your anxiety. In this module we write letters to our anxiety, give it a voice and heal the relationship with our anxiety. (PS - not a dry eye during this exercise)
Module 7: HOW TO FEEL SAFE IN YOUR BODY (SOMATIC HEALING)
Understand how to feel a felt-sensation/ feeling in your body, learn from it and release it to feel relieved.
Module 8: JOURNALING
Understand the value of journaling and how beneficial it is to your journey. Learn how journaling keeps you present and allows you to release accumulated thoughts. This keeps your energy light and high vibe, which promotes an even deeper healing.
Module 9: MEDITATION
Understand the art of meditation and how beneficial it is to your journey. Learn how to use meditation to connect to the always available loving energy inside you and how to manifest your deepest healing.
Module 10: FEMININE and MASCULINE ENERGY
Understand the difference between masculine and feminine energy and how too much masculine energy is adding to your anxiety. Learn how to balance your energy moment to moment and how spending more time in your feminine energy reduces stress, connects you to your child-like spirit and creates long-lasting healing.
Module 11: SETBACKS
Understand how setbacks aren’t failures and are part of a successful healing. Learn how to reframe how you see your sets-backs as lessons, how to be kind to yourself during this lesson and realign with your healing path with love and trust.
